The Songa Venus Semi-submersible was today handed over to Australian Drilling Associates to commence drilling operations for a consortium of 5 Operators. The rig is under tow to the first well location, Zeus-1 in permit WA-361-P, where ADA will manage drilling operations on behalf of MEO Australia. The consortium has an initial 376 day term and a second optional term of equal duration.
