Drilling Superintendent
Location: Melbourne, Australia
Start Date: Immediate
Duration: 12 months renewable
To manage a Multi-Operator Semi submersible drilling program, assuring safe and efficient operations on behalf of ADA’s Operator clients.
The Drilling Superintendent key responsibilities are:
 |
Drilling and completion operations focal point for one of our multi-operator drilling programs. |
|
 |
Daily liaison with internal and external Business Managers / Operator representatives. |
|
 |
Ensuring availability of resources as in third party services and materials. |
|
 |
Holder and focal point for Rig Contract and Third party service contracts. |
|
 |
Optimisation of workflow processes and operational efficiency |
 |
Compliance with policies, programs, industry and regulatory standards. |
 |
Direction and supervision of office based project team and offshore supervisory team |
Essential Requirements:
 |
Semi-submersible experience. |
|
 |
15 years relevant upstream experience with a minimum 5 years in a Drilling Superintendent position. |
|
 |
Experience in Well design and Operations Engineering. |
|
 |
Fluent in both verbal and written English. |
|
 |
Good interpersonal skills. |
 |
Demonstrated commitment to HSE and technical excellence. |
 |
Valid Well Control Certificate and BOSIET. |

Senior Drilling Supervisor

The Senior Drilling Supervisor key responsibilities are:
 | Managing day to day offshore operations in a safe and efficient manner. |

 | Compliance with policies, programs, industry and regulatory standards. |
|
 | Direction and supervision of critical tasks. |
|
 | Timely and accurate reporting to onshore management. |
|
 | Providing daily work instructions to Drilling Contractor and Third party service personnel. |
Essential Requirements:
 | Jack-Up and/or Semi-submersible experience. |

 | Minimum 10 years relevant experience in an offshore Drilling Supervisor position. |
|
 | Experience in supervising Drilling and Third party contractor activity. |
|
 | Fluent in both verbal and written English. |
|
 | Good interpersonal skills |
|
 | Valid Well Control Certificate. |
|
 | Current personal medical report (issued within the last 2 years) |

Requirements:
 | 10 years oilfield materials and logistics experience |

 | Computer literacy |

Offshore HSE Advisor

The offshore HSE advisor key responsibilities are:
 | Actively support operations with HSE advice to ensure safe operations |

 | Ensure compliance with HSE policies, programs and standards. |
|
 | HSE administration and reporting, training and induction, monitoring and auditing. |
|
 | Promote safe work practices. |
|
 | Advice and assistance with regards to all offshore HSE issues. |
Essential Requirements:
 | An extensive background in providing practical HSE support. |

 | A good understanding and knowledge of offshore drilling operations |

QHSE Manager
Location: Melbourne, Australia

Duration: Staff Position
The QHSE Manager key responsibilities are:
 |
Management of all government required HSE related submissions. |
|
 |
Management of all HSE documentation for several long term multi-well, multi-operator drilling campaigns in Australasia. |
|
 |
Guidance and Support for HSE advisors deployed at our offshore operations. |
|
 |
Maintenance of the company HSE Management System. |
|
 |
Maintenance of the Quality management System and ISO 9001 certification. |
 |
Audit and incident investigation. |
Requirements:
 |
A minimum of 10-15 years relevant experience in the upstream oil and gas industry, including 5 years in a management position. |
|
 |
Excellent communication and inter-personal skills. |
|
Preferred:
 |
Familiarity with Australian QHSE regulatory requirements |
